Pathetic service, When I booked the hotel and paid the money online. The hotel person was denying the booking but somehow I talked with the customer care of oyo then after 2 hours they accepted the booking.Oyo application for this hotel : they have written all amenities are available but that is totally fake.No geyser, no power backup, no lift, service person behaviour is so rudeHotel staff asked my phone to give the rating in google so other people will visit and stay.I would like to inform hotel staff, review is basically given by the customer on the basis of the service you provide, but here you threaten me in the hotel for good review, this activity is totally wrongI suggest if you visit to this hotel, visit on your own risk
